  • Cancellation requests from customers must be made within 24 hours and are subject to approval.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across India using secure logistics partners.

  • Estimated delivery timelines and shipping charges (if any) are shared at checkout.

  • Delays caused by courier services are beyond our control and responsibility.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Damaged or defective items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Customized or made-to-order jewelry is not returnable unless a manufacturing defect is identified.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–15 business days after inspection.

8. Buyback Policy

  • Buyback value is calculated based on current market rates and product condition.

  • Making charges, taxes, and additional fees are non-refundable.

  • The original purchase invoice must be produced for buyback eligibility.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including images, designs, logos, and written material, belongs to Motiwala Jewelry. Any unauthorized copying, use, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
