  • Customers may request order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • All cancellation requests are subject to review and approval.

  • Orders that have already been processed or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.

 

 

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across India through trusted and secure logistics partners.

  • Estimated delivery timelines and applicable shipping charges (if any) are communicated at checkout.

  • While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control and responsibility.

 

 

4. Returns

  • Returns are accepted only in cases where the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate a return request.

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and invoice.

  • Customized or made-to-order jewelry is non-returnable, unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed after inspection.

 

 

5. Refunds

  • All approved returns will undergo a quality inspection.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original mode of payment used during purchase.

  • Making charges, taxes, shipping fees, and any additional charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

 

 

6. Buyback Policy

  • Buyback value is calculated based on the current market rates and the condition of the product at the time of evaluation.

  • Making charges, taxes, and additional fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable and excluded from buyback value.

  • Customers must present the original purchase invoice to be eligible for buyback.

  • Final buyback value is determined after inspection and is subject to our internal assessment standards.
